Can I switch plans any time?+
Yes. Upgrade and you are billed pro-rata for the difference. Downgrade and credit applies to your next bill.
What is a TIA credit?+
One credit covers one autonomous TIA action: a reply drafted, a meeting booked, a follow-up sent, a refund processed. Reading and surfacing context never counts. Each seat gets its own pool.
How do transaction fees work?+
Tealfeed's platform fee: 10% on Launch, 7% on Orbit, 5% on Galaxy, custom on Universe. Payment-gateway fees are passed through at cost on every plan, on top of the platform fee. We never mark them up.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?+
Orbit and Galaxy come with a 14-day trial, no card required. You can cancel any time during the trial with one click.
Do you offer regional pricing?+
Yes. Pricing in USD here. India and SEA see auto-converted local pricing at checkout. Universe customers get a custom contract.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
On Launch, TIA pauses until the next month. On Orbit and Galaxy, you can top up at $0.02 per extra credit. Universe has no cap.
