Tealfeed Private Limited (“Tealfeed”, “us”, “we”, “our”) operates the website tealfeed.com, as well as mobile applications (“Site”) and services (including but not limited to content, interaction with social media pages and communication with our teams) which are linked or connected to the use of our Site (collectively “Service(s)”). This Privacy Policy informs you about our policies regarding the collection, storage, use, transfer, and disclosure of your personal data and information (“Data”) when you use our Services.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. User profile
Creation of a user profile (“Profile”) on our Site is optional but comes with added benefits including access to certain additional features and enhanced experience, such as the ability to customise your Profile and select topics of your choice. Anyone with the credentials of your Profile will be able to see your activity on the Site, including the people you follow, your posts, etc.
If you do not log out of your Profile, the account remains logged in automatically. You are advised to log out after use if you are accessing our Services on a device to which others have access.
Collection of Data
Information that is given by you
Your name, display name, username, email address, photo, bio, and any other data associated with your Google, LinkedIn, or email account (“Identifiable Data”) provided by you when you create an account and Profile on our Site. We may also collect your business information, your content, including your avatar image, photos, posts, comments, and content published by you, and any other information you choose to provide.
In some cases, we may collect information you provide about others, such as email lists that you import for inviting them to become a subscriber. We will use this information to fulfil your request and will not send communications to your contacts unrelated to your request, unless they separately consent to receive communications from us.
Information that we automatically save
- Usage Data : computer’s Internet Protocol address, device information, referral information, connection information, unique identifiers, and other diagnostic data;
- Log Data : activity on our Site including pages visited, location, timestamp, and date of your visit, product features used, topics followed, and posts engaged with;
- Data gathered by Cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies;
- Data regarding your interaction with our customer care services;
- Data from internet service providers or media device providers who make our Services available;
- Browsing Data on third-party sites and services that have embedded our Tealfeed pixels, widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services;

- Third-party platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc) used to log into your Tealfeed account;
- Social media accounts you connect (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc), limited to publicly available information;
- Security service providers who protect Data in our systems and prevent fraudulent activity;
- Payment service providers who furnish payment-related information;
- Data providers, such as advertising-related data;
- Content creators who provide branded content.
Information from other websites and Do-Not-Track
We may collect information about your online activity after you leave our Site through cookies we have placed on your browser or device. Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” option; presently our Services do not support Do-Not-Track requests at this time.
User research studies and surveys
We conduct research about current, former, and prospective creators and users. If you choose to participate, we may observe how you use our Service and may record video, audio, and images of you using our Service.

We do not ask you to disclose sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, health, biometrics, criminal background, or trade-union membership). - For security purposes: in case of suspected illegal activity (technical or payment fraud).
User consent
All users must consent to the use, transfer, and storage of their Data in India or any other country where we operate. We restrict access to such Data and only allow access on a need-to-know basis. We do not process your Data for automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

Third-party embeds on our Site are not covered by this Policy. Similarly, this Policy covers the use of Cookies by Tealfeed only and not the use by third parties.
Usage of Google Calendar API
If you authorise Tealfeed to access your Google Calendar, the following permissions are requested:
- Read calendar events : to check your availability so we schedule calls only when you are free.
- Add calendar events : bookings automatically added to your Google Calendar.
- Edit calendar events : updates automatically when a booking time changes.
- Delete calendar events : cancelled bookings automatically removed.
We will not use Google Calendar APIs for any other purpose.
Payments
We use third-party payment processors to process payments : PhonePe for users in India and Stripe for users outside India. Payment transactions are encrypted over SSL or TLS. Your payment data transmitted to us cannot be read by third parties.
Data security
- We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our Site;
- We review our data collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorised access;
- We restrict access to personal data to Tealfeed employees, contractors, and agents on a need-to-know basis under strict contractual confidentiality obligations.
When you register with us, your account is protected through login information known only to you. No data transmission is 100% secure over the Internet; you use our Site at your own discretion. The data is hosted on servers located in India and outside India. Tealfeed has appointed Mr. Shivansh Baijal as the Data Protection and Security Officer, reachable at shivansh@tealfeed.com.
Transfer of business
If Tealfeed is involved in a merger, bankruptcy, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets and we are required to transfer user data or become subject to a different privacy policy, we will notify all our users. Users will have a choice to opt-out of any such new policy and may choose to delete their account.
Your rights
We retain your data as long as your account exists on our Site. You have the right to request a copy of your data, correction or deletion of any data, restrict or limit how we use your data, and withdraw consent. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not intended for children below 13 years of age. We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13, and children below 18 can access the Site only under the guidance of their parents or guardians. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you by posting the new Policy on this page. Limitation of liability
Subject to the provisions in this Policy, the liability of Tealfeed shall be limited to the removal of data from the systems.
